These are the properties we own. Each one has to earn its own traffic, its own listings and its own place in AI answers.
We use the same AI-readable structure, structured data, listings and review systems on our own properties first. Nothing goes into a client build that we have not already run on something of our own.

What we know about AI answers
We work in these tools every day.
First-party data
The UAE market data on this site came out of tooling we wrote: 18 markets across 6 industries and 3 cities, all 18 of them with the AI answer check run and dated, and 241 websites screened. Every number on a market page comes from that run, not from a survey.

The answer engines themselves
We use ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini and Copilot daily, and we watch how each one picks the businesses it names.

The APIs underneath
We build with the OpenAI, Anthropic and Google APIs, so we are reading and writing the machine-readable layer these tools use, not guessing at it from the outside.

Our own screening tools
We wrote the tooling that screens a market. It pulls the websites of the businesses AI names, checks what an assistant can and cannot read on each one, including whether there is an Arabic version, then asks the answer engines who they recommend.

We learn an industry properly, build the data for it, and only then sell into it. Six UAE industries are live now.
Data before pitch
We screen the market and run the AI answers before we say a word to anyone in it. If a market is already owned, we say so.

Everything we build stays yours
The website, the pages, the structured data and the listings are the client's, even if they leave or take the refund.
What we will not do
The lines we do not cross.
- Fake reviews, of any kind, for any reason.
- Paid placements dressed up as organic mentions.
- Outcome claims, medical claims or property investment claims.
- Banned words. DHA Standard 6.11 bans the best, the only, 100% and similar language in health advertising, and we do not write them for anyone.
- Anything a medical director or a compliance officer would not sign off on.
- Lock-in contracts. The 3-month minimum backs the guarantee, and after that it is month to month.
If a job needs any of these to work, it is not a job we can take, and we will tell you that before you pay us.
Who this is for
