How Curious Mind Labs handles your data

Curious Mind Labs FZCO collects only what it needs to answer your enquiry and to measure its own ads. This page lists what that is, who processes it for us, and how to have it corrected or deleted.

The policy

What we collect and why

  1. 01

    Who we are

Curious Mind Labs FZCO runs curiousmindlabs.com and decides how the personal data collected here is used. Our registered address is 001 - 87666, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Write to hello@curiousmindlabs.com about anything on this page.

  2. 02

What we collect when you contact us

When you fill in a form on the site we receive what you type in it, plus a short record of how you found us. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for our first conversation.

    • Your email address or WhatsApp number
    • Your business website and name, if you give them
    • Which form you used and the page it was on
    • The site that sent you and the page you landed on
    • The pages you viewed during that visit
    • The date of your first visit and your country
  3. 03

How we prepare for a call

Before we call a new enquiry we read the public website you gave us and ask Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to summarise those public facts into a short brief for the person who will call. Claude receives facts about the website only, never your email address or phone number. The brief comes to our own inbox and nowhere else.

  4. 04

    Analytics and advertising

On the live site we use Google Analytics to count visits, Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used (including recordings of clicks and scrolling), and the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you send a form, we also tell Meta about it from our server so we can see which ads bring enquiries. That message carries a hashed (scrambled) copy of your email or phone number, your IP address, your browser type and Meta's own cookie values. It never carries what you typed in plain text.

  5. 05

    Cookies and browser storage

Google, Microsoft and Meta set their own cookies when their tools load. Our site also saves a small visit record in your browser's storage (first visit, the site that sent you, pages in this session) so a form can say how you found us. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, and you can block the analytics and ad tools with your browser's privacy settings or an extension. The site works without them.

  6. 06

    Who processes it for us

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. These companies process it on our behalf to run the site and reply to you, and some of them store it outside the UAE.

    • Vercel: hosts the site and keeps its server logs
    • Resend: delivers the enquiry email to our inbox
    • Google: Analytics
    • Microsoft: Clarity
    • Meta: the pixel, the Conversions API and WhatsApp, if you message us there
    • Anthropic: Claude, for the call brief described above
  7. 07

    How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while we are talking with you and for as long as you are a client. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, unless the law requires us to keep a record, such as an invoice. Analytics and ad data is kept by Google, Microsoft and Meta under their own retention settings.

  8. 08

    Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and the equivalent law where you live, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to hello@curiousmindlabs.com and we will answer inside two business days.

  9. 09

    Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. How we use email for outreach is set out in our email policy.
