Each figure is money the business takes in, not profit. Some tickets happen once, like a fit-out or a property deal. Others repeat, like a filler top up or a second dental visit. We never multiply a ticket by a number of visits we could not find a published source for.

One row is our own arithmetic and the table says so: the real estate ticket is Dubai broker commission for 2025 divided by the number of broker deals, both figures from the Dubai Land Department. Every other ticket is the low end of the range its source published, so your own is likely higher.

How can you guarantee what ChatGPT says?
ChatGPT is not ours to control. The choice of market is. No money moves until we run your 5 questions and look at who AI names right now. Where a single group already holds the answer in that city, we say so and walk away. Across the UAE markets we have screened so far, no one business owns the answer yet. That is what makes the promise safe to give.
What is an agreed prompt, and who picks the 10?
They are the questions your customers really type or say to AI: best X in Dubai, X near a neighbourhood, how much does Y cost in Dubai, is Z safe. Our first look at your market gives us 10, you change what you want, and we both sign off. The list is frozen for the 90 days, so neither side can move the target.
What does it cost, and am I tied into a contract?
AED 2,000 a month, with a minimum of 3 months because results take that long to show. Winning a spot in AI answers is slow work, and those 3 months are what the guarantee is built on. After them you go month to month and can stop whenever. Nothing is charged for setup and nothing extra is sold to you.
How do I know your screenshots are not faked?
Every test runs in a fresh session with nobody logged in, and the screenshots carry their date. Any of the 5 prompts can be repeated by you, on any day. That is the whole point of doing it this way.
Do you work with more than one dental clinic in Dubai?
We work with only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, so no two of our clients compete for the same neighbourhood's answer.
