    What you keep after a refund

    • The website, whether we fixed yours or rebuilt it

    • The listings and profiles we set up or corrected
    • The review request kit we wrote for you

    There is nothing to claw back and nothing to argue about. The refund is the 3 months of fees, and the work stays yours.

    What we need from you

    Pass the free winnability check (we decline markets we cannot win, such as a city where one group already owns the answer), keep the site live on your domain, give us access to your Google Business Profile, and send our review kit to at least 10 past customers.

Definitions

Three words that have to mean exactly one thing.

A guarantee is only worth something if both sides read it the same way. These are the three words that decide whether we passed.

Named
Your business name appears in the answer the tool writes back. We count the name in the answer text. We do not count a link in the source list underneath it, and we do not count a directory page that happens to include you.
Fresh session
A new, logged-out session with no chat history and no saved memory, so nothing anyone typed before can tilt the answer. It is what you get if you open the tool for the first time. That is why you can repeat any of the 10 prompts yourself, any day, and see what we see.
Buyer question
One of the 10 questions a real customer asks before they hire you: best X in Dubai, X near a neighbourhood, how much does Y cost in Abu Dhabi, is Z safe. Agreed in writing at kickoff, and unchanged for the 90 days.

What exactly do you guarantee?
At kickoff we agree 10 buyer questions for your service and city, in writing. By day 90 your business has to be named in at least 5 of those 10 questions on at least 2 of the 3 tools we measure: ChatGPT in a fresh logged-out session, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. We send dated screenshots every 30 days so you watch it happen. If we miss, you get every dirham of the 3 months back and you keep the website, the pages, the listings and everything else we built.
How can you guarantee what ChatGPT says?
We cannot control ChatGPT. We control which markets we take. Before any money changes hands we run your 10 questions and see who is named today. If one group already owns the answer in your city, we tell you and we decline. In most UAE markets we have screened, no single business owns the answer yet. That is where the guarantee is safe to make.
What are agreed prompts and who chooses them?
The real questions your customers type or say to AI: best X in Dubai, X near a neighbourhood, how much does Y cost in Dubai, is Z safe. We propose 10 from your free check, you adjust, we sign off together. They do not change during the 90 days, so the test is fair for both sides.
What does it cost and is there a contract?
AED 4,000 a month, 3-month minimum as it takes time to show results. Earning a place in AI answers takes that long, and the 3 months are what back the guarantee. After that it is month to month, cancel anytime. No setup fee, no upsells.
How do I know the screenshots are real?
We run every test in a fresh, logged-out session and send the dated screenshots. You can repeat any of the 10 prompts yourself any day, which is the point of the whole thing.
Do you work with more than one dental clinic in Dubai?
We work with only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, so no two of our clients compete for the same neighbourhood's answer. Dubai is a big city made of clusters, and a patient in one area is not going to drive across town. We cap the number of clients per industry in each city and keep them in different areas. If your area is already taken we tell you straight away. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are separate markets, and so is every other industry.
