Aesthetic clinic marketing, built for AI search

When a patient asks AI where to go for treatment, it should say your clinic.

We get aesthetic clinics named by ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode for the questions patients actually ask. AED 4,000 a month. Named by AI in 90 days or every dirham back.

See your city

3-month minimum as it takes time to show results, then month to month. Only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas. Screenshots every 30 days.

The question buyers type: who does the most natural looking lip filler in Dubai

AI answer simulation

Where can I get natural looking lip filler in Dubai?

  1. 1.A clinic AI already names
  2. 2.A second clinic
  3. 3.Your Clinic Herethis is the slot we win for you

Real answers name 2 to 4 businesses. Everyone else is invisible. The names above are placeholders: we have no UAE clients to point at yet.

What we do

Aesthetic clinic marketing in Dubai with one job.

Most aesthetic clinic marketing in Dubai is a promotion calendar: an offer, a countdown, a boosted post, a monthly report. The Dubai Health Authority re-asserted its advertising standards by circular on 1 September 2026, and time limited discounts and aspirational before and after copy are named in those standards as not acceptable. That creative is perishable and legally fragile.

We sell one outcome instead. Your clinic gets named inside the answer an assistant writes when somebody asks who does a treatment well in your city. Ten real patient questions, run in a fresh logged-out session every 30 days, and a count of how many of them name you.

Everything we write is built to those standards: no outcome promises, no banned job titles, no banned superlatives, and botulinum toxin rather than a prescription medicine brand name in our own sentences. The pages and listings are yours to keep whether you stay or not.

Why this industry

Patients who come back, and a regulator that just moved.

A perishable promotion and a permanent answer cost about the same each month. Only one of them is still working in a year, and only one of them is safe to leave running.

01

Patients ask AI first now

64% of working age people in the UAE used generative AI at the end of 2025, the highest share of any country (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, January 2026).

02

This is an inbound specialty too

Dermatology was 27% of 691,000 international health tourists to Dubai in 2023, second only to dentistry (Dubai Media Office, August 2024). Those patients research the decision before they travel.

03

The value is annual, not per treatment

Published Dubai price lists put a full three area botulinum toxin treatment at AED 2,000 to 4,000 and injectable fillers from AED 1,500, repeating every three to six months (zavis.ai guide, April 2026, a secondary source). Being in the answer costs AED 4,000 a month.

How AI decides

What AI reads before it names an aesthetic clinic.

Unlike dental, this field does have editorial and directory footholds, which makes it faster to move. These are the surfaces that decide the answer, in roughly the order they carry weight.

  1. 01

Grazia Middle East and the editorial guides

A named magazine guide currently holds the top slot for clinic questions in this field, which makes editorial placement the single most quotable asset type here.

  2. 02

    Google Business Profile and Maps

The local pack and the dominant UAE local surface. Category, services, hours and reviews, with a name, address and phone that match in English and Arabic.

  3. 03

    Doctify

The only genuine UAE booking and review directory to take a number one slot in healthcare answers here. A complete profile with treatments and verified reviews.

  4. 04

    RealSelf

It carries procedure level authority globally and surfaces on cosmetic questions in this market. Worth a claimed, accurate profile rather than an unclaimed one.

  5. 05

Time Out Dubai and Lovin Dubai

The local editorial layer. Models reach for the city titles when the question is about a place rather than a procedure.

  6. 06

    Bing Places

ChatGPT search reads Bing, and Bing is 2.37% of UAE search (Statcounter, August 2026), so almost nobody has claimed it. Free, and about twenty minutes.

The part most aesthetic marketing misses

The standards name the exact copy patterns most clinic sites still run: time limited offers, aspirational before and after language, and job titles the licence does not carry. An AI answer built from substantiable facts breaks none of them and does not expire.

Your city

Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.

We publish what we find market by market. Open a city for the dated snapshot and what we found on the websites.

Snapshots are dated and they change. Being named by an engine says nothing about the quality of a business, and we never present it as a ranking.

The prompts we measure

The 10 questions your patients ask AI.

Swap [city] for Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. These are the questions we put to Google AI Mode when we screen a market, written the way buyers type them.

At kickoff we lock these 10 for your city. They are the guarantee.

The rules we write to

What our content respects.

Aesthetic advertising is regulated by the Dubai Health Authority in Dubai, the Department of Health in Abu Dhabi and MOHAP in Sharjah, and the DHA re-asserted these standards by circular on 1 September 2026. Three rules shape every page we write. This is what our content respects, not legal advice: check your own position with your regulator.

  1. 01

Job titles must match the licence

Practitioners must refrain from using specialty titles different from their licence, and the standard names Cosmetic Specialist, Aesthetic Consultant, Aesthetician, Cosmetologist, Anti-Aging Specialist and Beauty Expert as examples. Most clinic sites in this market currently breach that.

DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, Standard 6.1
    Read the source

  2. 02

Aspirational copy is named and banned

Not acceptable: references to a person improving their physical appearance, and phrases such as do not delay, achieve the look you want and looking better and feeling more confident. That is most of the aesthetic ad library in this market.

DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, Appendix 1
    Read the source

  3. 03

Time limited discounts are not acceptable

Content that offers time limited discounts or inducements that cannot be met is prohibited, alongside the Standard 6.11 ban on very limited quantity. Separately, botulinum toxin is a prescription only medicine, so public copy should use the generic name rather than the brand (CMS expert guide, May 2024, with the specific application to ad copy agency sourced).

DHA Standards, Appendix 1, and CMS expert guide to advertising of medicines
    Read the source

Standard 6.11 bans the best, the only, safest, guaranteed, 100% and immediate results from health advertising. We never write them about a clinic. We structure the facts and let the model draw its own conclusion.

This is what we follow when we write. It is not legal advice. Check your own position with your regulator.

How it works

Free check. Agreed prompts. 90 days to the answer.

  1. STEP 1

    Free AI visibility check

    Day 0

We run 10 real patient questions for your city through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode and send you the dated screenshots: which aesthetic clinics are named today, and whether the answer is still open. If it is not, we tell you and you pay nothing.

  2. STEP 2

    Kickoff: we agree the prompts

    Week 1

Together we lock the 10 questions your customers actually ask, in writing. That list is the guarantee.

  3. STEP 3

    The 90-day build

    Weeks 1 to 12

AI-readable website fixes (or a rebuild if yours cannot be fixed), structured data, Google Business Profile and Bing Places overhaul, bilingual listing clean-up, profiles on the sources AI cites for your industry, 2 to 4 new answer pages a month, and a review engine.

  4. STEP 4

    Proof

    Every 30 days

We re-run the same 10 questions and send screenshots and a simple scorecard. Day 90: your aesthetic clinic is named, or you get every dirham back.

Everything for AED 4,000 a month. Nothing sold separately.

AED 4,000/ month

3-month minimum as it takes time to show results, then month to month. Cancel anytime after.

  • Named-by-AI guarantee, or every dirham back
  • Site and content are yours to keep

Compare: Dubai agencies publish SEO retainers of AED 3,000 to 8,000 a month for a growing SME (Skimbox, agency published, Jun 2026), and a brokerage running both portals plans AED 6,000 to 25,000 a month for Property Finder and Bayut (Groovyweb, agency published, Aug 2026). Neither comes with a guarantee.

  • 10-prompt AI visibility baseline with screenshots
  • AI-readable website fixes, or a rebuild (up to 10 pages) if needed
  • LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data
  • Google Business Profile and Bing Places overhaul
  • Bilingual NAP consistency: your name, address and phone matching in English and Arabic across listings
  • Copy that respects your regulator's advertising rules, with permit and licence numbers shown where they are required
  • Profile alignment on the sources AI cites for your field, such as Property Finder and Bayut, Doctify and Trustpilot
  • 2 to 4 new pages a month answering real customer questions
  • Review request engine (we draft everything)
  • Monthly re-run of your 10 prompts across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode
  • Simple monthly scorecard: named in 7 of 10, up from 1
  • Only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
  • Everything we build stays yours, even if you leave or take the refund
  • Treatment pages written the way patients ask, using generic medicine names and checked against the DHA advertising standards

The guarantee

Named by AI in 90 days, or every dirham back.

Read the full guarantee termsWhat the free check includes

We lock 10 buyer questions for your services and your city in writing at kickoff. By day 90 your business has to be named in at least 5 of those 10 questions on at least 2 of the 3 tools we measure: ChatGPT in a fresh logged-out session, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. Dated screenshots every 30 days. If we miss, you get 100% of the 3 months back and you keep the website, the pages and the listings.

Questions

What owners ask before they start.

Is this allowed under DHA rules?
Nothing we publish promises a result, uses a banned superlative, runs a countdown offer or gives a practitioner a title their licence does not carry. Before and after images, if you use them, carry the variability statement the standard requires at the same font size. Your medical director signs off every asset.
Why do you write botulinum toxin instead of the brand name?
Because it is a prescription only medicine and only non prescription products may be advertised to the public after approval. We use the generic name in our own sentences. The buyer prompts we measure keep the brand word, because that is what people actually type into an assistant.
How is this different from running offers?
An offer buys attention for as long as you pay for it, and the standards name time limited discounts as not acceptable. An AI answer is written from your pages, listings and reviews. It carries no banned claim and it does not expire.
Do you work in Arabic?
We make your name, address and phone match in English and Arabic across Google Business Profile and the listings AI reads. Full Arabic website pages are not included in the AED 4,000, and we say so rather than imply otherwise.
Do you work with more than one aesthetic clinic in Dubai?
We work with only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, so no two of our clients compete for the same neighbourhood's answer. A patient in Jumeirah and a patient in Al Barsha are choosing from different shortlists. We cap the number of clients per industry in each city and keep them in different areas. If your area is already taken we tell you straight away.
What does it cost and is there a contract?
AED 4,000 a month with a 3-month minimum, then month to month. For context, an agency published benchmark puts single clinic digital marketing at AED 15,000 to 40,000 a month (Digisoftrank, July 2026). This sits under all of it.
