Client proof

Picked up by AI in four countries, inside 90 days each time.

Four AI visibility case studies, and the reason Curious Mind Labs is its own first client: each method on this site was run on a property our founder owns before it went into a client plan. The figures come from Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing AI Performance and Microsoft Clarity, read on 21 September 2026, and each one states the period it covers.

See who AI recommends in your emirate today, and whether your name is on that list.

How to read this

How to read these AI visibility case studies.

No figure on this page is our estimate. Each one is read out of a tool that measures the property itself, over a stated period, and sits in our files as a dated screenshot.

Google Search Console

The property's own clicks, impressions, search queries and average position.

Google Search Console, AI features

Google's own count of the times a page was shown inside AI Overviews and AI Mode.

Bing Webmaster Tools and Bing AI Performance

Clicks and positions on Bing, and the count of citations by Copilot and by the partners answering from Bing's index, which include ChatGPT.

Microsoft Clarity

Session recordings, so a visit from chatgpt.com is seen, not inferred.

  • Each figure states its period

A number with no dates behind it is a claim. Every one below says the window it was read over.

  • The properties are described, not named

Each one is described by what it does and the country it serves. The domain names are kept private: they are businesses we run, not adverts.

  • Nothing is rounded up

Every count is the number the tool showed. When a figure is small, the small figure is printed and called small.

  • The screenshots come out on the call

Every figure is a dated screenshot in our files. Ask and we go through them one by one.

The four cases run in the order they went live. Three sell a document product to businesses; the fourth is a consumer app, which is the one that shows how fast a brand new domain can be picked up. The guarantee is the same method, written as terms for a UAE client.

Search Console performance report, 3 July to 19 September 2026

A brand new domain, launched on 3 July 2026 with no history, no backlinks and no press. By day 79 Google had shown it for 546 different queries (3,690 impressions, 39 clicks), and Google's own generative AI report counted 159 appearances inside AI Overviews and AI Mode, spread over 38 pages. The pages Google's AI chose were the ones that answer a buyer's question in the first sentence: the cost of a safety plan, whether a worker can stop in extreme heat, a hazard analysis template, and the heat rules state by state.

Bing moved first, which is what we now expect on a young domain. Between 6 July and 19 September it sent 194 clicks on 4,900 impressions, a 3.97% click rate, across 469 keywords, and the daily line was still rising. The site sat on page one for the words a foreman actually types: toolbox talk topics, a sign-in sheet, a free hazard analysis template, each at position 2 to 5.

The figure that matters for AI is citations. Bing's AI Performance report, which covers Copilot and the partners that answer from Bing's index, ChatGPT among them, recorded 4,800 citations in the period, about six pages per answer, and passed 300 in a single day on 15 September. The grounding queries are plain buyer questions about toolbox topics, safety forms and the California heat rule. Clarity recordings show the visits arriving from chatgpt.com.

Those visits paid. The product took real orders inside its first 90 days from people who landed on an answer page, read it, and bought the document the same day. No sales team, no follow-up sequence: pages that answer the question the buyer typed.

What was done

  • A page per buyer question, with the answer at the top and the product below it
  • Structured data on each page: Organization, Product, FAQPage, Article
  • Every AI crawler allowed in robots.txt, an llms.txt file and a tidy sitemap from day one
  • IndexNow plus a Bing Places listing, so new pages reached Bing and Copilot in hours
  • A hub with one page per state, so each state rule had a page AI could cite
  • Zero paid links, zero directory submissions, zero guest posts

3.53%

click rate on Bing from 1,700 impressions and 365 keywords

Bing Webmaster search performance, 6 July to 19 September 2026

Two countries, two regulators, one site: a hub for each trade, a page for each document, and a separate New Zealand section written to that country's law. The first paid order came from search on the day the site went live.

Over its first 79 days Google showed the site 23,000 times for more than 1,000 different queries and sent 99 clicks. The single biggest query was the trade's own name plus the document it needs, and the next five were the same shape for other trades. Google's generative AI report counted 539 appearances inside AI Overviews and AI Mode over 93 pages, led by a page that lists the high risk work categories (106), a scaffolding page (51) and a page comparing two document types (38). Two free calculators built for the site are now cited by AI answers too.

On Bing: 61 clicks from 1,700 impressions, a 3.53% click rate, over 365 keywords, with page one positions for a New Zealand hazard register template (4.3), a five by five risk matrix (1.5) and a law amendment page (8). Bing's AI Performance report recorded 656 citations by Copilot and its partners, and one of the grounding questions gave this site a 34% share of every citation for that question. Clarity shows the visits arriving from chatgpt.com.

The orders did not stop at day one. The pattern matched what we saw in the United States: someone in a trade types the name of the document they need, opens the page that answers it, and pays.

What was done

  • A hub for every trade, a page for every document, and a New Zealand section of its own
  • Structured data (Product, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList) with the price visible on the page
  • A page comparing the two documents buyers mix up, because that is their first question
  • Two free calculators, both now cited inside AI answers
  • Every regulator and section number spelled out, so an answer engine can verify it
  • IndexNow, Bing Places and an open robots.txt from the day it launched

None

ad spend since 15 July 2026; every order after that is organic

Ads paused 15 July 2026

Of the four, the French property is the purest test. Its ads stopped on 15 July 2026 and stayed off. Anyone who paid after that date reached the site through Google, through Bing or through an AI answer, and no other way.

In ten weeks Google showed the site 1,220 times for 90 different French queries, sent 18 clicks, and counted 95 appearances inside AI Overviews and AI Mode over 27 pages. The queries are the ones a small employer types: the document name plus their trade, a restaurant, a bakery, a garage. The AI appearances came from the guide written for accountants, the garage page, the guides hub and the page on the fine for not having the document.

Bing sent 24 clicks on 757 impressions, a 3.17% click rate, over 194 keywords, with page one positions for three buyer questions (positions 5, 4.1 and 2). Its AI Performance report recorded 90 citations by Copilot and its partners, most of them in September, and Clarity shows visits arriving from chatgpt.com.

Not one dirham or euro of advertising sat behind those orders. The market is small, so the counts are small too. What matters is the shape of it: a ten week old site, written in a language none of us grew up speaking, being cited by AI and paid by real customers on the strength of its structure and its answers.

What was done

  • A French page for each trade, answering the legal question in its first line
  • A guides hub written to be the overview an answer engine cites
  • Product and FAQPage structured data, price shown on the page
  • Each legal reference written in full, so a reader or a model can check it
  • No ads after 15 July 2026, so everything that followed is organic and AI

26

impressions for one prayer page from a single long question

Search Console, one query: a prayer for a mother going back to work after maternity leave

This is the newest of the four properties, and Google noticed it quickest. The app's site launched on 18 August 2026 and carried structured data on every page from its very first deploy. Thirty days in, Google had displayed it 540 times across 43 different queries, sent 24 clicks (a 4.4% click rate) and settled it at an average position of 18.9.

Google's generative AI report counted 31 appearances inside AI Overviews and AI Mode in those 30 days, 16 of them for a single page: a prayer for a mother returning to work after maternity leave. One long, specific question, answered on one page, is exactly what AI tools are asked and exactly what they cite. Two more prayer pages were picked up next.

The Clarity recordings show people arriving from Google, from ChatGPT and from other AI tools. An empty domain became a name inside AI answers in less than 30 days, without a single ad, press mention or bought link.

What was done

  • A page for each prayer, its title the question a reader really types
  • Structured data from the first deploy: Organization, WebSite, Article, FAQPage
  • robots.txt open, llms.txt in place, sitemap submitted the day it went live
  • Nothing bought: no ads, no links, no press, only structure and answers
