What we do not do
We send no bulk email and no unsolicited blasts. We never buy a list and we never rent one. A single mailbox gets at most a few messages from us in one day. There is no tracking pixel in our mail, no tracked link and no attachment.

How outreach is sent
Each mail leaves a named mailbox on a domain we own, and curiousmindlabs.com is the first of them. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up on all of those domains. A message is written for one business, about that business, and a person signs it, so a reply reaches someone.

How to stop hearing from us
Answer any message with "stop" or "unsubscribe", or write to hello@curiousmindlabs.com. Your address goes on our suppression list that same day, and no domain of ours will mail you again.

Complaints
Think one of our domains broke this policy? Forward the message with full headers to hello@curiousmindlabs.com. We look into it and answer you inside two business days.

Rules we follow
A true sender identity, an accurate subject line, a working opt-out honoured promptly, and no claim we cannot back up. In the UAE that means the Consumer Protection Law rules on advertising, which treat an agency as an advertiser in its own right. Where a recipient is somewhere else, we follow the equivalent rules there too.
