Email Policy

How Curious Mind Labs uses email

Curious Mind Labs FZCO (001 - 87666, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hello@curiousmindlabs.com) sends two kinds of email: replies to people who contact us, and a small number of individually researched introductions to businesses whose public websites and listings we have reviewed.

The policy

What that looks like in practice

  1. 01

    What we do not do

We do not send unsolicited bulk email. We do not buy or rent lists. We do not send more than a few messages to any one mailbox in a day. Our messages carry no tracking pixels or tracked links, and no attachments.

    • No unsolicited bulk email
    • No purchased or rented lists
    • No more than a few messages per mailbox per day
    • No tracking pixels or tracked links
    • No attachments
  2. 02

    How outreach is sent

Every message goes out from a named mailbox on a domain we own, starting with curiousmindlabs.com. Every one of those domains is authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Each message is addressed to one business, written about that business, and signed by a person you can reply to.

  3. 03

How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any message with "stop" or "unsubscribe", or email hello@curiousmindlabs.com. Your address is added to our suppression list the same day, and you will not be contacted again from any of our domains.

  4. 04

    Complaints

If you believe a message from any of our domains broke this policy, forward it with full headers to hello@curiousmindlabs.com. We will investigate and reply within two business days.

  5. 05

    Rules we follow

A true sender identity, an accurate subject line, a working opt-out honoured promptly, and no claim we cannot back up. In the UAE that means the Consumer Protection Law rules on advertising, which treat an agency as an advertiser in its own right. Where a recipient is somewhere else, we follow the equivalent rules there too.
