How can you guarantee what ChatGPT says?
We cannot control ChatGPT. We control which markets we take. Before any money changes hands we run your 10 questions and see who is named today. If one group already owns the answer in your city, we tell you and we decline. In most UAE markets we have screened, no single business owns the answer yet. That is where the guarantee is safe to make.
Which AI tools do people in the UAE use?
Enough of them that this is not a niche question. 64% of working age people in the UAE used AI in 2025, the highest share of any country (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, Jan 2026), and 97% of UAE residents surveyed have used AI for work, study or daily life (KPMG and University of Melbourne, Oct 2025). Do you work in Arabic?
We make your listings match in Arabic and English, because a name that is spelled two ways is a business an assistant cannot connect. That is included. We do not write full Arabic versions of your website as part of the retainer. If you want Arabic pages, we will tell you honestly what that takes and you can decide separately.
Is this allowed under DHA rules?
Yes, and the rules are the reason this works. The Dubai Health Authority's social media advertising standards ban words like the best, the only and 100% in health advertising, and the ad licence number has to appear on the account. We never write those words for you. We write clear, checkable facts about your clinic, your team and your treatments, which is what an assistant quotes anyway. Your regulator, DHA in Dubai, DoH in Abu Dhabi or MOHAP in Sharjah, is the final word, so check your own material with them. This is not legal advice.
Do I need a Trakheesi permit for this?
A Trakheesi permit covers property advertising in Dubai, so your listings and property ads still need one, exactly as they do today. The work we do is your own website, your structured data and your profiles, and we keep your RERA and ORN numbers visible on it. We do not place property ads for you and we do not advise on permits. Ask the Dubai Land Department or your compliance team.
What are agreed prompts and who chooses them?
The real questions your customers type or say to AI: best X in Dubai, X near a neighbourhood, how much does Y cost in Dubai, is Z safe. We propose 10 from your free check, you adjust, we sign off together. They do not change during the 90 days, so the test is fair for both sides.

Do you work with more than one dental clinic in Dubai?
We work with only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, so no two of our clients compete for the same neighbourhood's answer. Dubai is a big city made of clusters, and a patient in one area is not going to drive across town. We cap the number of clients per industry in each city and keep them in different areas. If your area is already taken we tell you straight away. Abu Dhabi and Sharjah are separate markets, and so is every other industry.
Do I need a new website?
Usually no. Most sites can be made AI-readable with structured data, clear service pages and speed fixes. If your site cannot be fixed (very old builders, no mobile layout), we rebuild it, up to 10 pages, inside the same AED 4,000 a month. Either way it stays yours.

What is the difference between AI SEO, AEO, GEO and AI search optimisation?
Almost nothing, in practice. AI SEO is the plain umbrella term. Answer engine optimisation (AEO) names the target, the answer itself. Generative engine optimisation (GEO) names the machine that writes the answer. AI search optimisation, sometimes called LLM SEO, names the surface, which is search inside an assistant. The deliverables are the same: readable pages, structured data, consistent listings, reviews and monthly measurement.
