What we do
Eye clinic marketing in Dubai with one measurable job.
Eye clinic marketing in Dubai used to mean a billboard on Sheikh Zayed Road and a LASIK offer on Instagram. The patient has moved. They type their worry into an assistant: glasses they want rid of, a parent whose sight is clouding, a child who squints at the board, a red eye on a Friday night. The assistant answers with two to five clinics by name. Our whole job is to make yours one of them, for the five questions your patients actually ask.
We do not sell a package. No social calendar, no ad budget, no redesign. We fix what the three assistants read: your procedure pages, your surgeon pages, your Google profile and the booking listings, then we measure the answers once a month in a clean logged-out window and show you the screenshots.
Every page is written to the Dubai Health Authority advertising standards, and to the DHCR policy if you sit inside Dubai Healthcare City. No banned words, no promised results, every claim with its risks beside it, the advertisement licence number where the standard wants it. The pages and the corrected listings stay yours whether you stay with us or not.
Why this industry
A city of international eye hospitals, and one answer box.
Two kinds of patient ask the same assistant: the resident sent for an eye check who wants a clinic near home, and the traveller comparing Dubai surgeons from Lagos or Lahore. Both read one paragraph before they book. The clinic whose pages state its procedures, surgeons and licence clearly is the one that paragraph names.

Patients ask AI first now
64% of working age people in the UAE used generative AI at the end of 2025, the highest share of any country (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, January 2026).

Eye care travels to Dubai
Dubai welcomed more than 691,000 international health tourists in 2023, who spent over AED 1.03 billion, and ophthalmology is one of the eight specialties the city reports on: 28% of those eye patients came from Asia, 27% from Arab and GCC countries and 21% from Africa (Dubai Media Office, August 2024). A traveller picking a Dubai eye clinic has nothing to go on but what the answer says.

The ticket covers the fee in one visit
A standard LASIK package for both eyes is published at AED 3,999 at Emirates Hospital Day Surgery in Motor City, and a monofocal cataract package at AED 15,000 (Emirates Hospitals, read 11 October 2026). One LASIK patient a month covers this work. At home, 20.7% of UAE adults live with diabetes, about 1.27 million people (International Diabetes Federation, 2024 data), and a diabetes diagnosis is one of the most common reasons a GP sends someone to an eye clinic.

How AI decides
What AI reads before it names an eye clinic.
Eye questions name a procedure, so the assistants lean on surfaces that tie a procedure to a surgeon and a place. On 11 October 2026 Google AI Mode answered best eye clinic in Dubai with four names, three of them inside Dubai Healthcare City (our check). These six surfaces decided that answer, and the first two matter most.
01
Google Business Profile and Maps
The profile a model opens first. The category has to say eye care center or ophthalmologist, the services list has to name LASIK, cataract, glaucoma and children's eye care one by one, and the name, address and phone must read the same in English and Arabic.
02
Your procedure pages
One page per procedure, in plain words: what it is, which licensed surgeon does it here, what the assessment involves, the risks, the advertisement licence number, and a price with the extra charges note where your regulator allows one. This is the text an answer quotes.
03
Okadoc and DoctorUna
The two UAE booking directories that surface for eye doctor questions. An ophthalmologist profile with the right subspecialty, languages and insurance list is read as a fact, not as marketing.
04
The DHA licence register
The DHA professional licence search is public. A model that cross-checks your surgeon's title against it will notice if your site says consultant and the licence says specialist.
05
Bing Places
ChatGPT search reads Bing, and Bing is 3.96% of UAE search (Statcounter, September 2026), so almost no eye clinic bothers. Twenty minutes of work, free, and it removes a mismatch a model trips on.
06
The health desks and the medical travel lists
Gulf News and Khaleej Times health coverage, plus the medical travel aggregators that list Dubai LASIK and cataract prices, carry the credibility a model checks a clinic against.
The part most eye clinic marketing misses
A LASIK offer with a countdown timer is the least useful thing you can show an assistant, and under the DHA standards it is the easiest thing to get wrong. A procedure page with the surgeon, the licence, the assessment and the risks in plain words is what gets repeated, and it is compliant on the day it is published.
Your city
Dubai, checked first.
We publish what we find market by market. Open a city for the dated snapshot and what we found on the websites.
Snapshots are dated and they change. Being named by an engine says nothing about the quality of a business, and we never present it as a ranking.

The prompts we measure
The 10 questions your patients ask AI.
Swap [city] for Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. These are the questions we put to Google AI Mode when we screen a market, written the way buyers type them.
These 10 go into your contract on day one, worded for your city. Being named in them is the thing we are judged on.
- 01 best eye clinic in [city]
- 02 best LASIK surgeon in [city]
- 03 how much does LASIK cost in [city]
- 04 best cataract surgery clinic in [city]
- 05 best eye doctor in [city] for children
- 06 best ophthalmologist in [city] for glaucoma
- 07 eye clinic in [city] that accepts my insurance
- 08 best clinic in [city] for keratoconus treatment
- 09 emergency eye doctor in [city] open now
- 10 best retina specialist in [city]
Search demand
What patients in the UAE search for, every month.
Most eye searches in the UAE start with the doctor, not the procedure. These are the ones Google will put a number on, and each is also a question patients ask an assistant.
| Search | Searches a month |
|---|---|
| eye doctor dubai | 1,600 |
| eye clinic dubai | 480 |
| lasik cost dubai | 110 |
The one LASIK search Google counts is about price. A clinic that states its price per eye in text gives an assistant the fact patients ask for.
Source: Google Keyword Planner, United Arab Emirates, average monthly searches from September 2025 to August 2026, read on 11 October 2026. Google shows no figure for ophthalmologist, LASIK and cataract searches in Dubai under its advertising policy. Those searches still happen; they are just not counted here.
The rules we write to
What our content respects.
Eye clinic advertising in Dubai answers to the Dubai Health Authority, and inside Dubai Healthcare City to the DHCR policy as well. Three rules shape every page we write. This is what our content respects, not legal advice: check your own position with your regulator.
01
Every outcome claim must be substantiated and carry its risks
All medical advertising content must be substantiated, especially when it relates to the outcome of a treatment, whether implied or stated, and it should always include the associated risks. A LASIK page that says goodbye to glasses and nothing else breaks this on the first line. We write what the assessment checks, what the procedure involves and what can go wrong.

The banned words
Absolute statements, exaggerated claims and alarming expressions must not be used. The list names unique, one of a kind, the best, exclusive, safest, the only, assured success, has no side effects, get money back, 100% and immediate results, among others. Patients type best eye clinic in Dubai into an assistant every day. Your page answers it by stating what you do and who does it, never by using the phrase.

Abu Dhabi: register the advertisement on DoH systems first
Circular 26/2023 told every health facility in Abu Dhabi to nominate two representatives for training on the Abu Dhabi Healthcare Guidelines for Health Media and Advertising. Only after that training can a facility log its advertisement and communication materials on DoH systems and proceed with them under the guidelines. A page for an Abu Dhabi branch goes through that route before it goes live.

Standard 5.2 also requires the official account of a health facility to state the medical advertisement licence number issued by MOHAP. Inside Dubai Healthcare City the DHCR policy adds that a fixed or range price may be advertised only where the advertisement says whether additional charges may apply, that no advertisement may offer a money refund, and that MOHAP approval is needed for printed and electronic advertisements after the DHCR review (DHCR, 27 October 2019). We write the facts and let the model draw its own conclusion.
This is what we follow when we write. It is not legal advice. Check your own position with your regulator.
How it works
Where you stand. Agreed prompts. 90 days to the answer.
- STEP 1
Where you stand, and the plan
Day 0
Five real patient questions for your city go into ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, and the dated screenshots come to you: which eye clinics get named today, and whether that answer can still be won. Where it cannot, we say so and nothing is charged.
- STEP 2
Kickoff: we agree the prompts
Week 1
We fix the 5 questions your customers really ask, in writing, both of us signing off. That list is what the guarantee rests on.
- STEP 3
The 90-day build
Weeks 1 to 12
Website fixes that make you readable to AI, and new pages added as the plan needs them. Structured data. A fresh Google Business Profile and Bing Places. Listings tidied in English and Arabic. Profiles on the sources AI quotes in your field. 2 to 4 new answer pages a month. A review engine.
- STEP 4
Proof
Every 30 days
The same 5 questions go in again every 30 days, with fresh screenshots and a one-page scorecard. On day 90 your eye clinic is named, or every dirham comes back.
Everything for AED 2,000 a month. Everything below is included.
AED 2,000/ month
Three months minimum, because results need that long, then month to month. Cancel whenever after that.
- The full monthly build and the monthly 10-prompt measurement
- Named-by-AI guarantee, or every dirham back
- Site and content are yours to keep
- Only a few eye clinics in Dubai, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
Compare: Dubai agencies publish SEO retainers of AED 3,000 to 8,000 a month for a growing SME (Skimbox, agency published, Jun 2026), and a brokerage running both portals plans AED 6,000 to 25,000 a month for Property Finder and Bayut (Groovyweb, agency published, Aug 2026). Neither comes with a guarantee.
- 10-prompt AI visibility baseline with screenshots
- Website fixes for AI readability, and new pages added as part of the plan
- LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data
- Google Business Profile and Bing Places overhaul
- Bilingual NAP consistency: your name, address and phone matching in English and Arabic across listings
- Copy that respects your regulator's advertising rules, with permit and licence numbers shown where they are required
- Profile alignment on the sources AI cites for your field, such as Property Finder and Bayut, Doctify and Trustpilot
- 2 to 4 new pages a month answering real customer questions
- Review request engine (we draft everything)
- Your 5 prompts run again each month in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode
- A plain scorecard each month: named in 4 of 5, up from 1
- Only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
- Every piece we build is yours to keep, whether you leave or take the refund
- Procedure and surgeon pages written the way patients ask, with the risks beside every claim, checked against the DHA advertising standards before they go live
The guarantee
Named by AI in 90 days across the UAE, or every dirham back.
Your 5 buyer questions go into the contract on day one, written around your services and your emirate. Day 90 is the test: 3 or more of those 5 have to name your business, on 2 or more of the 3 tools we score, which are ChatGPT from a clean logged-out window, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. Dated screenshots reach you every 30 days. Fall short and 100% of the 3 months is refunded, and the website, the pages and the listings stay yours.
Client proof for UAE businesses
The method we run in Dubai, already proven on four sites in four countries.
Before we sold AI visibility to a single clinic, broker or consultancy in the UAE, our founder ran the same method on four properties he owns abroad. These are the AI visibility case studies from those four, every figure read from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools on 13 October 2026.
Swipe for the other 3.
The same work now runs for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. No UAE figure is printed here yet: the first one goes on the Research page the day a client passes day 90. Ask on a call and we will walk you through the screenshot behind every one of these numbers.

Eye clinics across the UAE
We are based in Dubai and work with eye clinics in every emirate. The question a patient asks is the same everywhere; the regulator and the competition change at each border.
Eye clinics in Dubai
When we asked Google AI Mode for eye clinics in Dubai on 11 October 2026, it named 4 businesses. We read the websites of 11 of the businesses named; 3 had no structured data at all. See who AI names for eye clinics in Dubai.
Eye clinics in Ajman
Ajman is close enough to Sharjah and Dubai that patients compare across the border, and its AI answers are less crowded. We take a eye clinic in Ajman on the same terms as anywhere else.
Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain
We work with eye clinics in the northern emirates too. Before either of us commits, we run your 5 patient questions for your area and tell you whether the answer is still open.
Wherever you are, we check first
Before any agreement we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode the questions your patients ask in your area, note who is named, and read their websites. You see where the answer is open before you pay anything.
Next step
Get your eye clinic recommended by AI within 90 days.
