How we get the numbers

Screened, not surveyed.

What you get within 24 hours

We picked 14 industries and three cities, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, which gives 38 markets. For each one we wrote the ten questions a buyer really types, then asked them in Google AI Mode from a fresh logged-out session and recorded the businesses it named, exactly as given, with the date. We start there because 93.5% of UAE searches happen on Google (Statcounter, September 2026), and AI Mode has answered in over 200 countries and territories, Arabic included, since October 2025 (Google, October 2025).

As of 11 October 2026 all 38 markets have a published snapshot, captured in Google AI Mode from fresh logged-out sessions.

We then open the websites of each business the answer listed, and note four things software can settle without an opinion: is there any structured data on the homepage, is a mobile viewport declared, what year does the footer claim, and does an Arabic version exist. 480 websites have been screened.

Every list here records one answer, on one day, with that day printed beside it. No ranking is implied, no endorsement, and no view on how good anyone is. Put the same question in yourself and the reply may differ, which is precisely why each screen is dated and asked again later.

What people ask about this data.

Where does this data come from?
From screening we run ourselves. Ten fixed buyer questions go into Google AI Mode per market, asked from a clean logged-out window, and the businesses it names are written down with the date. Then their websites get opened and four mechanical checks recorded. None of it is bought, licensed or estimated.
Why are some markets empty?
None are empty at the moment. As of 11 October 2026 all 38 markets have a published snapshot, captured in Google AI Mode from fresh logged-out sessions. When we add a market or re-run one, it sits in the table with the date of its latest screen, and a market we have not captured yet is shown as not published rather than guessed at.
Is a named business a better business?
No, and nothing here says so. Each list is one AI answer, on one dated day. It ranks nobody, endorses nobody, and passes no judgement on anyone's work. Names come and go from these replies for reasons that have nothing to do with how well the business serves its customers.
Can I cite these numbers?

How often is this updated?
Every figure is computed from the data file when the site is built, so a report updates the moment the data does. We re-run screened markets as we go, and every answer carries the date it was captured.
