What we do
Plastic surgery marketing in Dubai with one measurable job.
Plastic surgery marketing in Dubai used to mean one thing: be the clinic a patient finds after weeks of reading. Now the reading is done by an assistant. A patient types the procedure, the city and a worry (is the surgeon board certified, what does it cost, can I pay in instalments) and gets two to five names back. On 11 October 2026 Google AI Mode answered the question best plastic surgery clinic in Dubai with five clinics, and the rhinoplasty question with five surgeons by name. Our whole job is to make yours one of those names, for the five questions your patients actually ask.
We do not sell a package. No social calendar, no ad budget, no redesign. We fix what the three assistants read: your procedure pages, your surgeon pages, your Google profile and the booking listings, then we measure the answers once a month in a clean logged-out window and show you the screenshots.
Everything is written to the Dubai Health Authority advertising standards, with the MOHAP advertisement licence number where the standard wants it, the risk statement every surgical advertisement must carry, and no banned word. The pages and the corrected listings stay yours whether you stay with us or not.
Why this industry
A long decision, a five-figure ticket, and a traveller in the mix.
Two kinds of patient ask the same assistant: the resident who has been thinking about surgery for a year, and the visitor from the Gulf or Europe comparing Dubai surgeons from abroad. Both read one paragraph before they book a consultation. The clinic whose pages state its procedures, its surgeons by licensed title and its prices clearly is the one that paragraph names.
01
Patients ask AI first now
64% of working age people in the UAE used generative AI at the end of 2025, the highest share of any country (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, January 2026).

02
The Gulf comes to Dubai for surgery
Dubai welcomed more than 691,000 international health tourists in 2023, and for plastic surgery 43% of them came from Arab and GCC countries, 21% from Asia and 21% from Europe (Dubai Media Office, August 2024). A patient flying in for a facelift has nothing to go on but what the answer says.

One procedure pays for the year
A rhinoplasty package at Emirates Specialty Hospital in Dubai Healthcare City is listed at AED 25,000 to 30,000 (Emirates Hospitals Group price page, read 11 October 2026), and Google AI Mode itself quoted breast augmentation in Dubai at AED 20,000 to 35,000 on 11 October 2026. One patient a year who found you through an answer pays for six months of this work.

How AI decides
What AI reads before it names a plastic surgeon.
Surgery questions carry a procedure and a worry, so the assistants lean on surfaces that tie a named surgeon to a named procedure. These six decide the answer in Dubai, and the first two matter most.
01
Google Business Profile and Maps
The profile a model opens first. The category has to say plastic surgeon, the services list has to name procedures one by one, and the clinic name, address and phone must read the same in English and Arabic.
02
Your procedure and surgeon pages
One page per procedure, in plain words: what it is, which surgeon does it here and their licensed title, what a consultation covers, the risks, the licence number, and a price range with the extra charges note. This is the text an answer quotes, and the surgeon page is why it names a person.
03
The DHA licence register
A model that cross-checks a surgeon's title against the public DHA licence lookup names the surgeon whose website says the same thing. Plastic surgeon on the licence, plastic surgeon on the page.
04
Okadoc, DoctorUna and the medical travel lists
The UAE booking directories and the lists a traveller reads before they fly. A surgeon profile with the specialty, the languages and a real photo is read as a record, not as marketing.
05
Bing Places
ChatGPT search reads Bing, and almost no clinic in the UAE has a Bing listing. Twenty minutes of work, free, and it removes a mismatch a model trips on.
06
The health desks
Gulf News, Khaleej Times and The National health coverage. A surgeon quoted once on a story about surgery abroad or safety is a credibility signal a model checks a clinic against.
The part most plastic surgeon marketing misses
A reel filmed in theatre is the least useful thing you can show an assistant, and under DHA Standard 9.7 filming a patient under general anaesthesia for promotion is prohibited outright. A procedure page with the surgeon, the licence, the risks and a plain description of the consultation is what gets repeated, and it is compliant on the day it is published.
Your city
Dubai, checked first.
We publish what we find market by market. Open a city for the dated snapshot and what we found on the websites.
Snapshots are dated and they change. Being named by an engine says nothing about the quality of a business, and we never present it as a ranking.

The prompts we measure
The 10 questions your patients ask AI.
Swap [city] for Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah. These are the questions we put to Google AI Mode when we screen a market, written the way buyers type them.
These 10 go into your contract on day one, worded for your city. Being named in them is the thing we are judged on.
- 01 best plastic surgery clinic in [city]
- 02 best plastic surgeon in [city] for rhinoplasty
- 03 how much does breast augmentation cost in [city]
- 04 best clinic in [city] for liposuction
- 05 best surgeon in [city] for a tummy tuck
- 06 best plastic surgeon in [city] for blepharoplasty
- 07 plastic surgery clinic in [city] with payment plans
- 08 best clinic in [city] for a facelift
- 09 which plastic surgeon in [city] is board certified
- 10 best plastic surgery clinic in [city] for a mommy makeover
Search demand
What patients in the UAE search for, every month.
Plastic surgery patients in the UAE search by procedure first, not by clinic. Each of these searches is also a question people now put to ChatGPT and Google AI Mode, often with a price attached.
| Search | Searches a month |
|---|---|
| breast augmentation dubai | 2,400 |
| rhinoplasty dubai | 1,900 |
| liposuction dubai | 1,900 |
| tummy tuck dubai | 1,900 |
| blepharoplasty dubai | 1,300 |
| plastic surgery dubai | 720 |
| cosmetic surgery dubai | 260 |
| nose job dubai | 260 |
| plastic surgery clinic dubai | 210 |
| mommy makeover dubai | 140 |
Five single procedures each draw more searches than the words plastic surgery itself. A clinic needs one page per procedure, with the surgeon, the recovery and the price written in text, so an assistant can match it to the question.
Source: Google Keyword Planner, United Arab Emirates, average monthly searches from September 2025 to August 2026, read on 11 October 2026. Google shows no figure for some health searches, such as plastic surgeon dubai, under its advertising policy. Those searches still happen; they are just not counted here.
The rules we write to
What our content respects.
Plastic surgery advertising in Dubai answers to the Dubai Health Authority, under a MOHAP advertisement licence. Three rules shape every page we write. This is what our content respects, not legal advice: check your own position with your regulator.
01
Surgical advertisements must carry the risks
Every advertisement must be substantiated, especially where it touches the outcome of treatment, and must always include the associated risks. For a surgical or invasive procedure the standard adds a warning statement in a clearly visible position. We write the risks into the procedure page, not into a footnote.
DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, Standards 6.6 and Appendix 1(e), effective 3 October 2022
Read the source02
Titles must match the licence, and the number must be shown
A practitioner may not use a specialty title different from their DHA licence; the standard names Cosmetic Specialist, Aesthetic Consultant and Cosmetic Expert as examples of titles that are not allowed. The facility's official account must also state the medical advertisement licence number issued by MOHAP. We print the licensed title and the licence number where the standard asks.
DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, Standards 5.2 and 6.1
Read the source03
Before and after images, and no filming in theatre
Before and after images must be of the same person, taken with the same lens, unedited, and must carry the statement that there is no guarantee the result will be the same, plus the risks, in the same font size as the rest. Filming or live streaming a patient under general anaesthesia for promotion is prohibited.
DHA Standards for Medical Advertisement Content on Social Media, Standards 9.6 and 9.7
Read the source
Standard 6.11 also bans the words the best, the only, safest, exclusive, unique and guaranteed. The UAE Media Council enforces health advertising across every platform: on 11 September 2025 it began legal proceedings against a social media advertiser whose health claims lacked approval from the relevant health authorities, under the Executive Regulations of the Media Regulation Law (Khaleej Times, 11 September 2025). In Abu Dhabi, Department of Health circular 26/2023 of 23 February 2023 requires every licensed facility to complete the Health Media and Advertising training, after which its advertisements are logged on DoH systems before they run. We write the facts and let the model draw its own conclusion.
This is what we follow when we write. It is not legal advice. Check your own position with your regulator.
How it works
Where you stand. Agreed prompts. 90 days to the answer.
- STEP 1
Where you stand, and the plan
Day 0
Five real patient questions for your city go into ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, and the dated screenshots come to you: which plastic surgery clinics get named today, and whether that answer can still be won. Where it cannot, we say so and nothing is charged.
- STEP 2
Kickoff: we agree the prompts
Week 1
We fix the 5 questions your customers really ask, in writing, both of us signing off. That list is what the guarantee rests on.
- STEP 3
The 90-day build
Weeks 1 to 12
Website fixes that make you readable to AI, and new pages added as the plan needs them. Structured data. A fresh Google Business Profile and Bing Places. Listings tidied in English and Arabic. Profiles on the sources AI quotes in your field. 2 to 4 new answer pages a month. A review engine.
- STEP 4
Proof
Every 30 days
The same 5 questions go in again every 30 days, with fresh screenshots and a one-page scorecard. On day 90 your plastic surgery clinic is named, or every dirham comes back.
Everything for AED 2,000 a month. Everything below is included.
AED 2,000/ month
Three months minimum, because results need that long, then month to month. Cancel whenever after that.
- The full monthly build and the monthly 10-prompt measurement
- Named-by-AI guarantee, or every dirham back
- Site and content are yours to keep
- Only a few plastic surgery clinics in Dubai, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
Compare: Dubai agencies publish SEO retainers of AED 3,000 to 8,000 a month for a growing SME (Skimbox, agency published, Jun 2026), and a brokerage running both portals plans AED 6,000 to 25,000 a month for Property Finder and Bayut (Groovyweb, agency published, Aug 2026). Neither comes with a guarantee.
- 10-prompt AI visibility baseline with screenshots
- Website fixes for AI readability, and new pages added as part of the plan
- LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data
- Google Business Profile and Bing Places overhaul
- Bilingual NAP consistency: your name, address and phone matching in English and Arabic across listings
- Copy that respects your regulator's advertising rules, with permit and licence numbers shown where they are required
- Profile alignment on the sources AI cites for your field, such as Property Finder and Bayut, Doctify and Trustpilot
- 2 to 4 new pages a month answering real customer questions
- Review request engine (we draft everything)
- Your 5 prompts run again each month in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode
- A plain scorecard each month: named in 4 of 5, up from 1
- Only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
- Every piece we build is yours to keep, whether you leave or take the refund
- Procedure and surgeon pages written the way patients ask, with the risk statement and the licence number, checked against the DHA advertising standards before they go live
The guarantee
Named by AI in 90 days across the UAE, or every dirham back.
Your 5 buyer questions go into the contract on day one, written around your services and your emirate. Day 90 is the test: 3 or more of those 5 have to name your business, on 2 or more of the 3 tools we score, which are ChatGPT from a clean logged-out window, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. Dated screenshots reach you every 30 days. Fall short and 100% of the 3 months is refunded, and the website, the pages and the listings stay yours.
Client proof for UAE businesses
The method we run in Dubai, already proven on four sites in four countries.
Before we sold AI visibility to a single clinic, broker or consultancy in the UAE, our founder ran the same method on four properties he owns abroad. These are the AI visibility case studies from those four, every figure read from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools on 13 October 2026.
Swipe for the other 3.
The same work now runs for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. No UAE figure is printed here yet: the first one goes on the Research page the day a client passes day 90. Ask on a call and we will walk you through the screenshot behind every one of these numbers.

Plastic surgery clinics across the UAE
We are based in Dubai and work with plastic surgery clinics in every emirate. The question a patient asks is the same everywhere; the regulator and the competition change at each border.
Plastic surgery clinics in Dubai
When we asked Google AI Mode for plastic surgery clinics in Dubai on 11 October 2026, it named 5 businesses. We read the websites of 11 of the businesses named; 1 had no structured data at all. See who AI names for plastic surgery clinics in Dubai.
Plastic surgery clinics in Ajman
Ajman is close enough to Sharjah and Dubai that patients compare across the border, and its AI answers are less crowded. We take a plastic surgery clinic in Ajman on the same terms as anywhere else.
Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain
We work with plastic surgery clinics in the northern emirates too. Before either of us commits, we run your 5 patient questions for your area and tell you whether the answer is still open.
Wherever you are, we check first
Before any agreement we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode the questions your patients ask in your area, note who is named, and read their websites. You see where the answer is open before you pay anything.
Next step
