What we do
Accounting firm marketing in Dubai with one result to show.
A small company owner in the UAE does not shop for an accountant the way they shop for a lawyer. They shop for a task: a VAT return that is due, a corporate tax registration they missed, an audit a free zone is asking for, books that are six months behind. They type the task into an assistant and read the firms it names. We work on one thing: that your firm is in that list for the ten tasks your clients bring you.
There is no package here. No newsletter, no ad spend, no rebrand. We fix what the assistants read about you: a service page for each tax and accounting task, your FTA tax agent record, your Google profile and the directories that list accountants. Then we ask the five questions once a month in a clean, logged-out window and send you the screenshots.
Every page is written inside the rules your profession already lives by: the FTA professional standards for tax agents and the federal law on the accounting and auditing profession. No promised savings, no client named without written consent, no title your licence does not give you. The pages and fixed listings stay yours whether you stay with us or not.
Why this industry
A tax deadline every year, and a fee every month after it.
Every taxable person in the UAE, free zone companies included, has to register for corporate tax (Ministry of Finance), and the FTA reminds even small business relief claimants that they must file (FTA, 26 September 2026). That is a very large number of owners with the same question. The firm whose pages say what it files, for whom and in which emirate is the one the answer can point to.

Owners ask AI first now
64% of working age people in the UAE used generative AI at the end of 2025, the highest share of any country (Microsoft AI Economy Institute, January 2026).

Tens of thousands registered late
More than 68,600 taxable persons had used the corporate tax late registration penalty waiver by May 2026, and the Federal Tax Authority expected more than 91,000 (Gulf News, 14 May 2026). To keep the waiver, each had to file its return within seven months of its first tax period (FTA, 7 May 2025).

The work repeats, so the client does too
Tally Solutions lists basic bookkeeping at AED 1,500 to 3,000 a month, VAT filing at AED 500 to 1,000 a quarter and corporate tax filing at AED 2,000 to 5,000 a year (Tally Solutions, 14 April 2026). The books close every month and the returns come round every year, so a client won once is billed again and again.

How AI decides
What AI reads before it names an accounting firm.
Tax and accounting questions are about trust and about one task, so the assistants look for proof that a firm is allowed to do the task and has done it for someone like the asker. These six surfaces carry that proof in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The first two decide most answers.
01
Google Business Profile and Maps
The first record a model checks. The category should say accountant or tax consultant, the services should list VAT, corporate tax, bookkeeping and audit one by one, and the reviews should say which task the firm handled.
02
The FTA register of tax agents
The Federal Tax Authority publishes its registered tax agents with the accreditation number, the firm, the emirate, the tax types they have worked on and a website. When the website on that record matches yours, a model has an official reason to believe you.
03
Your service pages
One page per task: corporate tax registration, the corporate tax return, VAT registration and returns, bookkeeping, audit, liquidation. Who it is for, what you need from the client, what the deadline is and what it costs. This is the text an answer lifts.
04
Clutch
Clutch runs a UAE accounting category with verified client reviews (ratings updated 29 September 2026). It showed up in the Google top ten for corporate tax consultant questions in our research, and an assistant treats a verified review as a fact.
05
Bing Places and the software directories
ChatGPT search reads Bing, which is 3.96% of UAE search (Statcounter, September 2026), so few firms bother. The Xero advisor directory matters too: Google AI Mode brought up QuickBooks and Xero when it named Abu Dhabi firms on 22 September 2026.
06
The tax desks
Gulf News and Khaleej Times both cover corporate tax and VAT deadlines closely. A partner quoted once on a deadline story gives a model an outside source to check your firm against.
The part most accounting firm marketing misses
A homepage that says audit, tax and advisory in one line is invisible to an owner who asks who can file a corporate tax return for a free zone company. A page that answers exactly that, with your tax agent number on it, is what gets repeated, and it breaks no professional rule on the day it goes live.

The rules we write to
What our content respects.
Tax agents answer to the Federal Tax Authority, and auditors and chartered accountants to the Ministry of Economy under the federal law on the profession. Three rules shape every page we write for an accounting firm. This is what our content respects, not legal advice: check your own position with the FTA or the Ministry.
01
Only a registered tax agent may act as one
The FTA says it is prohibited to practise as a tax agent without registering and being accredited, and a tax agency may not practise until at least one registered agent is linked to it. So we write FTA registered tax agent only where the FTA register says so, and we print the accreditation number beside it.

No false or misleading representation to win work
Under FTA Decision No. 1 of 2024, effective 1 July 2024, a tax agent who seeks work through false or misleading representations, or claims a special advantage with the FTA, collects 100 black points. At 200 points an individual agent is removed from the register. We write no promised savings and no inside track.

Client names need consent, and titles need a licence
Sharing information about a taxpayer with a third party without their explicit written consent is also 100 black points. The federal law on the profession keeps a client's affairs confidential and reserves the title Chartered Accountant for people licensed by the Ministry. Case studies run with written consent or without names.
FTA Decision No. 1 of 2024, item 1; Federal Decree-Law No. 41 of 2023, Articles 8 and 18

The same federal law also bars practising or advertising the profession in a way that breaks its code of conduct (Article 17), with fines starting at AED 10,000 (Article 20). We describe the service, the deadline and who you serve, and leave the verdict to the reader and the model.
This is what we follow when we write. It is not legal advice. Check your own position with your regulator.
How it works
Where you stand. Agreed prompts. 90 days to the answer.
- STEP 1
Where you stand, and the plan
Day 0
Five real client questions for your city go into ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, and the dated screenshots come to you: which accounting and corporate tax firms get named today, and whether that answer can still be won. Where it cannot, we say so and nothing is charged.
- STEP 2
Kickoff: we agree the prompts
Week 1
We fix the 5 questions your customers really ask, in writing, both of us signing off. That list is what the guarantee rests on.
- STEP 3
The 90-day build
Weeks 1 to 12
Website fixes that make you readable to AI, and new pages added as the plan needs them. Structured data. A fresh Google Business Profile and Bing Places. Listings tidied in English and Arabic. Profiles on the sources AI quotes in your field. 2 to 4 new answer pages a month. A review engine.
- STEP 4
Proof
Every 30 days
The same 5 questions go in again every 30 days, with fresh screenshots and a one-page scorecard. On day 90 your accounting firm is named, or every dirham comes back.
Everything for AED 2,000 a month. Everything below is included.
AED 2,000/ month
Three months minimum, because results need that long, then month to month. Cancel whenever after that.
- The full monthly build and the monthly 10-prompt measurement
- Named-by-AI guarantee, or every dirham back
- Site and content are yours to keep
- Only a few accounting firms per city, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
Compare: Dubai agencies publish SEO retainers of AED 3,000 to 8,000 a month for a growing SME (Skimbox, agency published, Jun 2026), and a brokerage running both portals plans AED 6,000 to 25,000 a month for Property Finder and Bayut (Groovyweb, agency published, Aug 2026). Neither comes with a guarantee.
- 10-prompt AI visibility baseline with screenshots
- Website fixes for AI readability, and new pages added as part of the plan
- LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ structured data
- Google Business Profile and Bing Places overhaul
- Bilingual NAP consistency: your name, address and phone matching in English and Arabic across listings
- Copy that respects your regulator's advertising rules, with permit and licence numbers shown where they are required
- Profile alignment on the sources AI cites for your field, such as Property Finder and Bayut, Doctify and Trustpilot
- 2 to 4 new pages a month answering real customer questions
- Review request engine (we draft everything)
- Your 5 prompts run again each month in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode
- A plain scorecard each month: named in 4 of 5, up from 1
- Only a few clients per industry in each city, spread across different areas, for as long as you stay
- Every piece we build is yours to keep, whether you leave or take the refund
- A service page for each tax and accounting task, written the way owners ask, with your tax agent number checked against the FTA register before it goes live

The guarantee
Named by AI in 90 days across the UAE, or every dirham back.
Your 5 buyer questions go into the contract on day one, written around your services and your emirate. Day 90 is the test: 3 or more of those 5 have to name your business, on 2 or more of the 3 tools we score, which are ChatGPT from a clean logged-out window, Perplexity and Google AI Mode. Dated screenshots reach you every 30 days. Fall short and 100% of the 3 months is refunded, and the website, the pages and the listings stay yours.
Client proof for UAE businesses
The method we run in Dubai, already proven on four sites in four countries.
Before we sold AI visibility to a single clinic, broker or consultancy in the UAE, our founder ran the same method on four properties he owns abroad. These are the AI visibility case studies from those four, every figure read from Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools on 13 October 2026.
Swipe for the other 3.
The same work now runs for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. No UAE figure is printed here yet: the first one goes on the Research page the day a client passes day 90. Ask on a call and we will walk you through the screenshot behind every one of these numbers.
