What aesthetic SEO means when the answer is a paragraph
This industry learned marketing on social media, where the reward was attention. AI answers reward something different: facts a model can state without hedging. The two skills barely overlap.
An assistant does not present ten clinics. It writes four sentences, names a few, and the reader usually never opens a results page. So the work moves from persuasion to precision: which treatment, performed by which licensed doctor, in which district, at what range, with what aftercare.
None of that harms your Google position, and most of it helps it.
Structure: the pages worth building
The usual problem here is a single treatments page with a photo grid and very little text. A model cannot quote a photo grid.
One page per treatment, clinically named
Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, skin boosters, chemical peels, laser hair removal, radiofrequency microneedling. Use the clinical term as the page subject and answer the question buyers ask inside it.
A price information page
Where your regulator allows it, publish ranges with the additional charges caveat. Published UAE ranges put a three area botulinum toxin treatment at AED 2,000 to 4,000 (Zavis cost guide, April 2026, secondary source). Use your own numbers.
A risks and aftercare page per treatment family
Rarely built, frequently quoted. Safety questions are among the most common things patients ask an assistant.
Doctor pages
One per clinician, with qualification, licence, languages and the treatments they perform, titled exactly as licensed.
A district page where you genuinely serve one
Written about that district, not a template. Skip it if you have nothing specific to say.
Open every page with a three sentence answer that includes the caveat rather than hiding it.
The listings AI checks
This is the one healthcare vertical where third party surfaces genuinely hold slots, so listings do placement work here as well as verification work.
Google Business Profile
Category, treatments as individual services, district, hours, questions section, photos. Statcounter put Google at 95.8% of UAE search in August 2026.
Doctify
The strongest UAE healthcare directory in our checks. Keep the treatment list and doctor titles identical to the site.
Bing Places
Statcounter puts Bing at 2.37% of UAE search (August 2026), and ChatGPT search reads Bing.
RealSelf
Procedure level authority that surfaced in our cosmetic checks. Worth an accurate profile.
Editorial round ups
Grazia Middle East, Time Out Dubai and Lovin Dubai. Pitch with a fact, a doctor and a licence, not with an offer.
Schema for a clinic
Structured data states your facts for a machine instead of leaving it to infer them from a gallery.
MedicalClinic
Legal name, address with the emirate and addressCountry AE, the +971 phone, hours, areaServed and links to profiles you own.
MedicalProcedure
One per treatment page, using the clinical name, tied back to the clinic.
Physician
One per doctor page, with the licensed title and the clinic as affiliation.
FAQPage
On question blocks you genuinely answer, including the safety questions.
The Arabic question
AI Overviews reached MENA and Arabic in May 2025 (Google, May 2025), and AI Mode expanded to over 200 countries and more than 35 additional languages including Arabic in October 2025 (Google, October 2025). A large share of this audience asks in Arabic.
We do not sell Arabic page writing. We fix Arabic listing consistency: one spelling of the clinic name, one address, one phone with the +971 code, matched everywhere the Arabic appears, including any listing still carrying a previous trading name.
The four mistakes we see most in this category
These come up on almost every aesthetic clinic site we look at, and all four are cheap to fix in an afternoon.
Treatments named as packages
A signature glow ritual is not a treatment a model can match to a question. Name the clinical treatment first and keep your package name as a subheading.
Prices only in a downloadable file
A price list in an image or a file that has to be requested is invisible. If you may publish a range, publish it in text on the page.
A doctor page with no licence detail
A photograph and a first name is not an entity. Qualification, licensed title and the treatments performed make a person a model can attach to a clinic.
Listings under an old trading name
Aesthetic clinics rebrand often. Every listing left under the previous name splits your reviews and your signal in two.
What to measure
Followers and impressions do not tell you whether a model names you. Count mentions instead.
Ten fixed questions
Agreed up front, run monthly in fresh logged out sessions across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, worded identically each time.
Named or not named
Per question, per tool, with a dated screenshot every run.
Cited sources
The pages an answer links to are next month's work list.
Enquiries that mention AI
One line on the booking form. Rough, and the only first party signal available.
Adobe Analytics found traffic from AI sources converted 54% better than traffic from other sources (Adobe Analytics via Digital Commerce 360, June 2026).
