What happens when a driver asks an assistant about a garage
The question usually carries a symptom, a car and a place. A rattle from the front left wheel on a 2019 Land Cruiser, near Ras Al Khor. A scraped bumper the insurer wants a quote for. An AC that blows warm air in August. The reply is a few sentences with a handful of workshop names in it, and the driver usually calls from that list.
To write those sentences the model looks for things it can say with confidence: the jobs a garage takes on, the makes it knows, a price range for the common work, whether it is RTA approved, and whether past customers describe a repair that held. It gathers them from your website, your Google profile, marketplace listings and reviews. A garage that leaves those gaps empty is replaced by one that filled them.
Nothing in that process judges how good your technicians are. It judges how easy your garage is to describe without guessing.
