The working
Which wage the law uses, and when
On leave. The full monthly wage, so the person is paid as if they were working. A 30 day leave pays one normal month.
At the end of service. Only the basic salary, for each unused day. Allowances drop out of this payment.
The daily rate. The law does not print a divisor; dividing a month by 30 is the method UAE payrolls use most. If your contract sets another method, follow the contract. For a dispute, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation decides.
